Our Mission
The Save Jeff Wood Campaign unites family, friends, and advocates in a steadfast commitment to expose the INJUSTICE surrounding the wrongful conviction of Jeffrey Lee Wood, who faces the harshest penalty under Texas's Law of Parties —DEATH.
Our mission is to illuminate the systemic flaws within the legal system that have led to this egregious miscarriage of justice. We seek to raise awareness about critical legal issues associated with the Law of Parties, advocate for best practices, and promote policies that uphold our state's values of fairness and humanity.

We believe every person should be responsible for their own INDIVIDUAL actions.
The Law of Parties should not punish individuals for the actions of others. Each case should be assessed on its own merits, ensuring that the innocent are not unfairly implicated. This principle is vital in creating a fair and just legal system.
Abolishing the Death Penalty in Texas
Death is NOT a "punishment".
We advocate for the abolishment of capital punishment in Texas. The risk of executing an innocent person is too great, and the emotional toll on families is unbearable. We strive for a justice system that values life and prioritizes rehabilitation over retribution.
Prosecutorial Accountability
We believe in holding prosecutors accountable for their misconduct.
Justice is compromised when evidence is hidden, fabricated, or misrepresented. We demand accountability for prosecutorial misconduct to ensure that convictions are based on truth, not deception. Every individual deserves a fair trial, free from the biases of those seeking a conviction at any cost.
